Feeling Emotions is how we experience the world. Emotions are simply physical vibrations. My mission is to demystify them, to understand how they work and eventually how to create and generate any emotion desired.
The act of resisting and avoiding emotions is the cause of most cases of depression and anxiety. This is totally unnecessary. Learning how to allow emotions will open your life in ways you cannot imagine.
Once you believe that you are capable of feeling any and all emotions, then you will feel empowered to follow your dreams and face any challenge life seems to throw at you by attaining the skill of feeling your emotions.
