Liver Juice | Detox Support
When I did a series of liver flushes with Karen at Cleansing Ministries in 2013, she gave me a packet of information to support my liver flushes. She called this liver juice “Basic Liver Cleanse Green Smoothie”.
It was then that I fell in love with this juice, which I tweaked the recipe a bit into my version, and called it “Liver Juice”.
I crave this juice. It is amazing. It both tastes very tasty and it feels really good in my belly and liver.
Springtime is an excellent time of year to support our body in its natural liver detoxification.
If you are detoxing, this salad is a great meal to add to your detox season.
Ingredients
Organic ingredients are highly recommended because non-organic foods contain pesticides that make our livers work harder.

4 Green Apples

1 Daikon Radish 10“

2 Celery Stalks aka 2 bunches

2 Cups of Arugula
Method
Juice the apples, daikon, and celery. In a blender add the juice and the arugula and then blend until smooth and enjoy.
**Best to drink on an empty stomach in the morning and to wait one hour until consuming any other foods or drinks.

This recipe takes a few minutes to take everything out of the fridge, a few minutes to juice and blend, and then a few minutes to wash the machines.
