Do You Need A Coach?
In this week’s episode, I want to talk about coaching. I used to gag at the words life coach, literally. But I thought it was super lame because I didn’t understand what it was. I want to share with you what I now understand about who needs a coach, and who does not need a coach.
In the episode, I share a bit about my personal journey of my own soul searching and how I decided to become a coach.
I also talk about which points, in each of our lives, a coach is useful and when it makes sense not to have a coach.
What You Get From The Episode:
-
Who needs a coach and when?
-
At different moments in life You might want a coach.
-
GPS metaphor.
-
Results that become more accessible
-
The miserable point that most people have to get to in order to go through the discomfort of change.
-
The importance of desire when it comes to change.
I address the sensitive and charged topic of food changes and the common attachment we all have to our pizza, ice cream, croissants, treats, and ‘pleasures’ in life.
I touch on the different ways to go about food changes, which ones most of us try (that do not work) and which ones do.
I mention the tools that I work with my clients in order to make food changes doable and even easy. (Kinda mind blowing to believe possible… but it is, I promise).
