1 to 1 Coaching Session

  • Personal and intimate, high touch and full attention; 50 minute weekly coaching sessions.

  • Access to the ZenOdyssey App – containing teaching videos called “Lessons and Theory;” video and audio format available so you can listen, walk and not look at a screen. ZenOdyssey App is home to interactive journals, slides, worksheets, and recipes.

  • Interactive online journals specific to each module where you bring your own awareness and share what you are noticing with me- the journal entries are linked to a spreadsheet where I have access to your entries so I know in-between sessions what is going on with you.

  • Module 1: Mood. Learn real tools for internally managing anxiety, stress, depression, and challenging emotions. Ease the impulse to use coping mechanisms that harm your well-being. In addition, learn how to internally generate motivation, patience and grounded presence.

  • Module 2: Food. Contains a food re-education component along with a 30-Day Food Reset. During this part of the program, you choose which food reset stage you WANT to do and I guide you on how to follow through without using will-power. Prepare to fall-in love with foods that make you feel good!

  • Access to me via ZenOdyssey App, from 9-5 PST Monday – Friday. This is where you can share, ask questions, and have access to my coaching brain from me in-between sessions.

  • Gut-healthy recipes that align with my food reset. Incredibly nourishing, satisfying and delicious. Recipes are influenced by my own food journey of raw food, Ayurveda, Chinese medicine, whole foods, and GAPS diet. The goal is getting your gut to a resilient place where a treat doesn’t throw you off.

  • Optional collaboration with Doctor Sharman, ND. Beyond food and mood, work with her to request labs, testing, and targeted supplements; together we become your health team.

  • Regularly scheduled expert workshops with guests included hosted by experts like an ND, diabetes specialist, astrologer, whole food chef, and more.

  • Join and create a community of nourishing-focused “food and mood” fellow humans growing into each of our own and collective human potential.

Approach

I teach you how to connect with the state of health you desire, you foster an intentional relationship with your future you: how you want to feel after your meal, the next morning, and ten years from now. We work with where you are with your Food and your Mood. We use love and curiosity to work on your Body and Mind connection. We play with creating new responses to old habits and thought patterns. I help you shift from reacting “judgmental” towards others and yourself and into showing up “patient” and “compassionate.” 

Health changes attempted with restriction and will-power eventually lead to rebelling and self sabotage.

Falling In Love

Change does not need to feel confusing or overwhelming. I offer simple, doable, life changing shifts that nourish your higher self. You naturally will fall in love with being and choosing healthy; for your body, mind, gut, heart, and soul. We work together with your desire to show up and live from your expanded self rather than your little self. You learn and practice real tools to consciously choose the part of you that wants to feel energized and fully alive. The tools that you learn will empower you, transform you from furious to curious, take overwhelm to grounded, focus you, and take exhaustion into vitality.

Time and Energy

“I don’t have enough time,” is a phrase I get often, one that causes scarcity and overwhelm. Imagine getting to grounded and present, this is the journey of my clients. We all have the same 24 hours in a day; but we do not all have the same health, vitality and sleep needs.

 

My program shows you how to get more time and energy in your day by internally managing stress and nourishing your body and brain. In parallel, you will learn a simple process that will teach you how to prioritize what matters most: allowing you to live clear, decisive, and focused. Learn how to perform, create, and live at your highest vibration and ultimately create the life your higher self yearns for, rooted in nourishing habits.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Short answer is no. I give “tools not rules” for you decide how you want to feel and then to connect the dots of what foods create the state of health you desire. I do have a food re-education section that teaches the difference between nourishing food and man-made calories. 

I do not. I believe there is a time and place for different ways of nurturing our bodies. I help you listen to your own body and choose. I have personal experience in keto, vegan, vegetarian, paleo, raw, intermittent fasting, detoxing, and cleansing. Each has their own value and each body has its own needs at certain times. My main focus is whole foods rather than processed foods.

Through my program you learn about where your pleasure and love for and from foods comes from. When clients understand how their brain works and why they “love” what they love, often this awareness insights a chosen food change and newfound love for food that feels good long term. Happy food dancing from nourishing foods awaits you.

I work with grandparents in pain who are wanting their health back.

I work with CEO’s and business owners who want a more focused and productive mind.

I work with parents. Being a parent is special time in life when many people are more motivated to make food changes, “for their kids”. The food changes made in a family can have life long impact on their children. Gut and brain health is the best gift we can give our children. Many of my parent friends pick my brain regularly for their own kids and families.

In our evolution, we humans are wired to eat together; breaking this feels wrong. Through coaching with me, clients will gain the internal management skills to either: first participate in the foods and drinks at a social event without feeling guilt or shame. Or second, be able to show up, connect, and enjoy regardless of participating in food and drinks. There is not a wrong or right way- my clients gain tools to choose consciously and have their own back about their choice. “Never say never” is an important motto I teach in my program.

I encourage you to tap into your gut and heart and ask if you WANT to invest your time and attention into your wellbeing. This is all you need to move forward, a decision that you are ready and want it now.

 

Circumstances will always happen that have the option of creating chaos; the beginning module Mood of my program focuses on managing stress, lowering anxiety, and knowing how to undo depression by learning how to manage your mind and emotions internally instead of using harmful coping mechanisms like comfort foods, scrolling, drinking, and the like.

 

The coaching work I offer applies to all areas of life; we coach on whatever is causing stress: relationships, parenting, work, running a business, finding your purpose,  health struggles… truly anything and everything using my coaching tool the “Internal Human Algorithm of Change.”
