I teach aware people how to put awareness to use.

Or rather: Learn how to train your brain to work for you, instead of against you.
Because that is what this work is all about- upleveling the way you interact with the world, mastering the challenges of life, and transforming the ‘not enough’ thoughts in your head that are stressing you out and undermining your life’s meaning (and happiness).

  • making peace with your mother,

  • or implementing some healthy habits.

And it is all about putting your awareness to use.

To be clear- this is not about positive thinking nor manifestation.

It is cognitive psychology-based techniques + your self-awareness that leads to rapid change.

In other words, a mind-blowing way to uplevel your life.

The HA (human algorithm) is the tool that I will use with you (and teach you how to use) that helps you change your thoughts about yourself and the world on purpose, to create the feelings and actions you want in your life.

And then you start doubting your work, doubting your partner, and doubting your life that you have worked so hard to create.
