Apple Cider Vinegar And Gut Health

glass bottles, most, stock-4863341.jpg

I love me some apple cider vinegar for a variety of reasons which I touch on during this week’s video and podcast. Scroll to the bottom of the page to get the full deal when it comes to gut health and apple cider. One of the great assets of apple cider vinegar and Gut health is that it aids in digestion.

I have come to love ACL, aka apple cider vinegar, to the level of considering it one of my top go-tos for health.

The other day I said that my tummy hurt and my little one said, “mommy take some apple cider.” As a gut health coach, I had a very proud moment.

Even my little one uses it and enjoys it on her food. Sometimes she even takes a cap shot of ACL with us.

Antibiotics can save lives, but they are often over-used. Antibiotics wipe out all the friendly and non-friendly creatures of our microbiome.

ACL is great for targeting the non-friendly bacteria while leaving the friendly intact.

This is why I consider ACL such a useful gut friendly tool. It supports my motto, “feed and support the friendly guys; starve the bad guys.”

During this weeks episode, I talk about apple cider vinegar in relationship to GERD, or acid reflux disease, digestion, HCL or hydrochloric acid, acidity vs alkalinity, topical burns, yeast infections, tummy pains, and gout.

The bottom line is that true RAW fermented ACL is great for all digestive troubles and digestive optimization, it is an anti-inflammatory, and it helps keep your PH in balance.

If you have any other uses for ACL then please leave a comment and let me know; it seems that there are more and more uses for this wonderful fermented product.
