Yoga Practice as a tool for mental health

My time on my yoga mat has helped me connect to my body and my inner self. It is time that I focus my mind’s attention on the sensations of my body and allow my brain to process what it needs to process. It is a place where I consciously breathe and allow my emotions to move through my body. I recommend this online yoga teacher to my clients: Yoga with Adriane (you can find her on YouTube). She is my go-to yoga teacher for the last year.
