My new relationship with sleep is one of the greatest achievements of my last year. This past year I struggled with sleep, I am very relieved to say struggle in the past tense, I learned and applied many great sleep tools that helped me, but one tool that I created myself is what I want to share with you today.

Health in any aspect of our life is rooted in relationships. Shifting my relationship to waking up in the middle of the night has not only helped me drift back off- but has also become a sweet moment in my life.
