Regulating Stress and Sitting on the Edge of the Unknown Is a practice and skill I have been working on for many years.

 

I have made many choices in my life for freedom instead of safety. And despite sitting on the edge of the unknown regularly, stress and fear still arise.

What I have gotten good at is sitting in that discomfort, managing my mind, feeling the emotions that arise, and choosing how to show up regardless of feeling like running. Health is intertwined every step of the way.
