Zen Odyssey LLC ("Zen Odyssey," "we," "us") operates zenodyssey.com and the related coaching services described on it. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, how we use it, and who else touches it.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you sign up for the newsletter, book a session, or send an email, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, and any message you write. Booking forms collect scheduling information and basic intake context.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host (Vercel) records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referral source. These logs help us monitor uptime and security. We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Cookies. This site is mostly static and does not set behavioral tracking cookies. Embedded third-party content (YouTube videos, FloDesk forms, Acuity booking widgets) may set their own cookies governed by those companies' policies.

How we use it

To deliver what you asked for — newsletter emails you signed up for, booking confirmations, replies to your messages. To improve the site and its content. To keep the site secure. We do not sell your information.

• Acuity Scheduling (Squarespace) — coaching session bookings. See their privacy policy.
• YouTube — embedded videos. We use privacy-enhanced embeds (youtube-nocookie.com) where possible. See Google's privacy policy.
• Vercel — site hosting. See their privacy policy.
• RedCircle — podcast hosting. See their privacy policy.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. You can ask us to delete information you've provided by emailing chandra@zenodyssey.com. If you're in the EU or California, you have specific rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively — same email reaches us; we will honor lawful requests.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify newsletter subscribers directly.
