"Integrated, Free, At 63" — Tracy's Coaching Story

"I'm just a lot more happy. I feel more free. I'm an expanded self — as opposed to a small, timid, scared girl. I'm now a woman who runs her own business, has adult children and a grandchild and a husband. And I get to show up in every way as me."
Hello. I'm here to talk about my coaching work with Chandra and how her work has changed the way I am present in my life.
Since working with Chandra, I have found a groundedness in myself that I probably haven't had since I was just a young girl — when I first believed everything was possible. And then, of course, as you get older, things happen and you feel a lot less connected to yourself.
Coming Back to Who I Truly Am
What Chandra has done through her coaching is help me come back to who I truly am — as a woman, as a mom, as a professional. All the different aspects of myself are now integrated into one me.
I'm constantly amazed at every session that we have — even when I think there's nothing to talk about, because we've created this beautiful movement within myself. I'm able to show up for my family, show up for me, show up for anybody I meet along the way, as a true, authentic 63-year-old woman. I'm not seeing the world as a 20-year-old or a 15-year-old or those moments where I was stuck in a belief about something that no longer applies to me now.
Integration, Not Growth
With Chandra's process, I feel incredibly integrated. The way it shows up is — I'm just a lot more happy. I'm happier. I feel more free. I'm an expanded self, as opposed to a small, timid, scared girl. I'm now a woman who runs her own business and has adult children and a grandchild and a husband, and I get to show up in every way as me. The most authentic me.
I would — and I have — told many, many people about her process, because it is that incredible, coming firsthand from my own growth. And I'm not sure growth is the right word. I would say my own integration of all the parts have come together to be me.
Meeting My Challenges
I have a process now that if I do meet challenges, I want to meet them — because I want to find all of those places that aren't yet integrated, and I know there are some. I'm willing to go there now, because I have the process. I have her. I have me. And I don't have to be afraid anymore.
"It's literally changed my life. It's been a real opportunity for me to live this last half of my life in joy and freedom and happiness and acceptance of everything."
If you're at all interested in working with Chandra — whether that's through her coaching or her embodiment work — it's well worth it. I encourage anyone who wants to do the same to do it. It's incredible.
